Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Shree Marketing Services website and customer portal at https://caalix.com. By creating an account or using the portal you agree to them. If you use the portal for a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that business.

1. Who the portal is for

The portal is for pharmacy retailers, pharmaceutical wholesalers and their authorised staff, aged 18 or over. New registrations are reviewed and must be approved by us before the account can be used. We may decline a registration.

2. Your account

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and do not share your login. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Tell us promptly if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Orders, debit notes and bills

The portal passes the orders and debit notes you create to the wholesaler you choose, and makes available bill files produced by your wholesaler's billing software. Prices shown are taken from the wholesaler's product data at the time you place the order. Acceptance, supply, delivery, invoicing, payment and returns are matters between you and the wholesaler. No payments are made through this website.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• try to access data, accounts or systems you are not authorised to use;
• upload malware or files you do not have the right to share;
• interfere with, overload or attempt to disrupt the service, or bypass its security or rate limits;
• use the portal for anything unlawful, including in breach of pharmaceutical regulations.

5. Suspension and closure

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that has passed its agreed expiry date, or where needed to protect the service or other users. You may ask us to close your account at any time; see the Privacy Policy for how your data is handled.

6. Availability

We aim to keep the portal available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may change, pause or withdraw features, including for maintenance.

7. Intellectual property

The website, portal and CARE software names and content belong to Shree Marketing Services or its licensors. You may use them only to access the service for your business. Your own data remains yours.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by wholesalers, your own software or equipment, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the "Last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Pune, Maharashtra, India have jurisdiction.
